1. What KitBot is

KitBot is a collection of free browser-based tools — currently four: BabyFace AI (a playful future-baby preview), OldPhoto AI (photo repair and colorize preview), ResumeScan AI (a local ATS-compatibility checker), and InkVision AI (tattoo design and try-on preview). Each tool runs entirely in your browser: your photos and resume text are processed on your device and are never uploaded to us.

Free previews are available without an account. Optional one-time payments unlock watermark-free, high-resolution output for a specific result (per photo / per scan). Payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use KitBot only for lawful purposes. You may not: upload content you have no right to use (including photos of people whose consent you don't have); attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or repackage the tools; use automated systems to abuse the free previews or payment flow; or use the outputs to mislead, harass, or defraud anyone.

3. Your content & intellectual property

You keep all rights to the photos, resumes, and other content you process with KitBot. Because processing happens on your device, we never receive a copy and claim no license over your content. The KitBot name, interface, and code remain the property of GUANGDONG YANHU TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. Outputs you unlock are yours to keep and share.

4. Entertainment & personal productivity disclaimer

KitBot is provided for entertainment and personal productivity purposes only. BabyFace AI results are artistic blends, not predictions of a real child's appearance. OldPhoto AI results are automated enhancements, not professional restoration or archival conservation. ResumeScan AI provides directional self-check feedback, not recruiting, career, or legal advice, and is not a real ATS product. Do not rely on any output for medical, legal, financial, or hiring decisions.

5. Payments & refunds

Paid unlocks are one-time purchases processed by Paddle. Every unlock is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy for details.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KitBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and GUANGDONG YANHU TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tools, including decisions you make based on tool output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under GUANGDONG law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the toolbox evolves (new tools ship into the box; the current lineup is described above). Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated terms.
