Every paid unlock on KitBot (HD photo unlocks, full report unlocks) is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Digital products shouldn't come with buyer's remorse: if you're not happy with what you unlocked, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no hoops, no hard feelings.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address or order ID you used at checkout (a receipt from Paddle works perfectly). That's all we need — no forms, no interrogation.

Processing time

Refund requests are handled within 5 business days. Once approved, Paddle (our Merchant of Record) issues the refund to your original payment method; your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeated refund requests for the same content, or purchases made solely to harvest unlocked outputs at scale. Normal, honest "this wasn't for me" requests will always be honored.
